Short Northern Tanzania Safari Itinerary; Highlights
Day 0: finish climb down Kilimanjaro. Overnight in the Arusha area. Own overnight accommodation within Arusha for relaxation as we set ready for the next day’s adventure of a lifetime.
Day 1: Pick-up in the hotel, drive out to Ngorongoro Crater (3.5 hours). Lunch. Afternoon game drive in the Crater. Overnight on the crater rim.
Day 2: Early morning crater drive. Lunch. Drive to Ndutu region/Southeastern Serengeti (2 hours). Afternoon game drive in the park. Overnight in the park.
Day 3: Ndutugame drives for another experiential game drive within the area, migration and big safari viewing is really a lifetime experience
Day 4: Drive to Seronera Valley for overnight game viewing on the way and then
Day four fly out from Seronera. save a lot of backtracking and also get the migration at Ndutu and then Seronera valley for overall wildlife viewing.
Day 5: Full day in Ndutu for the great migration. Possible Night drive. Overnight in the park.
Day 6: Early morning departure from Ndutu. Stop in Olduvai Gorge (1.5 hours). Drive to airport (5 hours)
